October 5, 2009 – Palm Coast, FL: Sam Perkovich, President of the Palm Coast/Flagler Foundation for the Arts & Entertainment, along with Thomas Corum, Lindsey Florence, and other foundation members presented the Flagler Youth Orchestra with a donation in the amount of $1,525.00 to their “Heart Strings” Fund during a recent visit to the strings program.  This donation will make it possible for the orchestra to purchase a cello and bass for the orchestra’s after-school youth strings program.

The FYO is grateful to the Foundation for supporting the strings program and its members.
